Peak Utility Services Group is looking to add a new team player to it's ranks to support the executive team.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position provides administrative support to the Peak Executive Leadership Team. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as presentation building, expense entry and reporting, gathering and consolidating data, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and working on special projects as needed. Interacts with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, in addition to recommending changes in office practices or procedures.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work hours will generally fall within those hours, allowing flexibility as needed.
Only local travel is expected for this position.
