    SiteWise, LLC provides mission-critical natural gas distribution infrastructure services in Colorado. The Company’s services include a variety of repair, maintenance, upgrade, and installation services supporting its customers’ on-going and new construction activities. Headquartered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, we currently have operations throughout the state of Colorado. SiteWise is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peak Utility Services Group.

     

    Position Summary:

    The Human Resources Director will provide a full spectrum of both tactical and strategic HR support, lead the HR team and be a true partner to the business.

    Responsibilities

    What you’ll be doing:

    Your role is to attract, support, develop and retain our greatest asset – our people. Using your deep HR expertise and knowledge of the business (come with the first, we’ll help with the second), you will provide counsel to leaders on all people-related matters. You will model our values of trust, respect, accountability, integrity, teamwork, and safety [our TRAITS], while guiding others to do the same. You will play a key role in creating and cultivating an environment in which all employees can contribute, feel valued and grow their careers.

     

    • Lead, develop and motivate your team to provide outstanding results
    • Lead all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee development, leadership development and more
    • Offer expert guidance on employee relations issues, partnering with leaders to determine appropriate strategies and outcomes
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR related federal and/or state requirements such as DOL, FMLA, ADAAA, EEOC, FCRA, and HIPAA, including conducting investigations and representing the company at hearings, as necessary
    • Develop and implement programs that promote recognition, development, engagement and retention of key talent

    You’ll need to have:

    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
    • A bachelor’s degree, with a preference for HR or HR related disciplines
    • Experience in leading employee relations discussions and investigations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting and leadership skills
    • A strong desire and ability to promote a culture of both safety and compliance
    • The ability to travel as needed within our service territory

     

    Even better if you have:

    • At least 5 years of HR leadership experience
    • PHR/SHRM-CP certification
    • The ability to speak both English & Spanish
    • Experience in construction or related industries
    • A demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders
    • Labor relations experience
