    SiteWise Corporation, a Colorado owned and operated utility contractor, has provided turnkey construction and engineering services since 1987. These services include a wide variety of distribution/mainline construction, gas operations and maintenance, and meter/system interface services.  SiteWise service offerings are enhanced by additional departments dedicated to utility locating, hydro excavation, subsurface utility engineering and route mapping. 

     

    SiteWise is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator. This mid-level hourly position will assist with the administration and coordination of SiteWise's fleet of vehicles (over 700 pieces of equipment including 300 licensed vehicles). The fleet coordinator will support compliance with government rules & regulations and manage databases, title and license vehicles as required and complete paperwork in support of fleet maintenance as needed. The Fleet Coordinator will also develop reports and analyze fleet data from various sources to provide insight that improves fleet utilization and life cycle costs.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Fleet Manager in aspects of operating the fleet
    • Use various data bases to maintain data integrity of SiteWise’s fleet
    • Work with accounting group to ensure necessary paperwork is accurately completed
    • Clear understanding of vehicle registration process
    • Assist in notifying operations of needed preventative maintenance and DOT inspections weekly and maintains database
    • Responsible for compliance
    • Works with various fleet leasing companies to insure all vehicles are titled and registered correctly
    • Maintains required documents in equipment ownership files
    • Fuel card administration, including fuel cards, driver ID’s and reporting
    • Notifying field personnel of expiring documents
    • Assist with paperwork and title relating to disposals of assets
    • Support operations with setting up rental equipment as needed
    • Maintains Fleet GPS systems and audits vehicles for proper usage and driver performance
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education/Experience:

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Prior knowledge of accounting practices is helpful
    • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office application including, Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work assignments with minimum assistance or supervision
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, to clearly articulate relevant ideas, opinions and information
    • Ability to pass a drug and background screening
