 Under the direction of the Department Superintendent, the New Construction Foreman is the first line of supervision to field crews. The Foreman provides daily leadership for crews to ensure a safe working environment, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with governmental agencies. The Foreman demonstrates and promotes SiteWise Core values.

  • Daily Time Sheet/Material coordination coming from the field crews.
  • Verify that transactions comply with client contracts and standards and SiteWise Corporation policies and procedures.
  • Update daily crew schedules and communications to SiteWise Supervisors.
  • Process client job packets, coordinate with permit technician and coordinate the accuracy and updates for MR’s for individual projects.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of client homeowner job notificaton letters.
  • Schedule locates, locate meets and municipal inspector meetings.
  • Maintain organized system of document retention.
  • Maintain updated job scheduling and completion records.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding time reports, billing, unit and time and expense questions.
  • Schedule quality and safety crew inspections for Operations management.
  • Support the coordination of third party vendor rentals and repairs for individual job projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule the inspection and certification of tool and equipment inspection.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of ancillary services on projects with Supervisor’s assistance.
  • Maintain a log with phone calls, discussions, requests, events, emails, etc.




  • 3-5 years’ experience in a utility construction role.
  • Prior crew coordination experience preferred.
  • Gas industry knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma Preferred
