SiteWise Corporation, a Colorado owned and operated utility contractor, has provided turnkey construction and engineering services since 1987. These services include a wide variety of distribution/mainline construction, gas operations and maintenance, and meter/system interface services. SiteWise service offerings are enhanced by additional departments dedicated to utility locating, hydro excavation, subsurface utility engineering and route mapping.


Our shop is currnelty looking for a new Service Advisor to join our team. This position is a support role to the Shop and it's day to day functions with our mechanics. In this role you would complete purchase orders, work orders, track maintenance, greet customers, schedule appointments, etc. You are a generally happy person that brings a welcoming environment to our shop and our core values come naturally to you.

  • Greet customers upon arrival to shop
  • Ascertain reason for customer visit through verbal interview and visual assessment of vehicle
  • Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options
  • Develop as many solution methods as possible, attempting to keep costs low
  • Explain all service options to customers including time and cost estimates
  • Track maintenance or repair status, fill out reports on labor and cost of all services
  • Perform post-service inspection with customers and answer any questions they may have
  • Perform customer service duties i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Manage shop workflow and schedule for mechanics and technicians
  • Communicate with customer as needed to update on timeframe of repair.
  • Complete all data entry associated with repair including: technician’s notes, work order completion, technician time, parts entry, and all other tasks to bill customer
  • Order and receive parts as needed to complete the repair of the vehicle


  • 3+ year in the automotive industry preferred
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment and shop equipment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc. Viewpoint experience helpful.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred but not required
