SiteWise Corporation, a Colorado owned and operated utility contractor, has provided turnkey construction and engineering services since 1987. These services include a wide variety of distribution/mainline construction, gas operations and maintenance, and meter/system interface services.  SiteWise service offerings are enhanced by additional departments dedicated to utility locating, hydro excavation, subsurface utility engineering and route mapping. 

 

We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Support for Utility Reconstruction Department. This position assists the Utility Reconstruction Department in operational and administrative efforts for field operations. This position is responsible for understanding, supporting, and assisting the operational teams assigned with client specific administrative tasks and develop a thorough understanding of all department operating policies and procedures.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Data Entry Time/Material from daily time cards coming from the field crews into proprietary system Data Entry into proprietary system.
  • Schedule locates, locator meets and municipal inspector meetings.
  • Maintain and organize system of document retention.
  • Maintain updated job scheduling and completion records.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding time reports, billing, unit and T&E questions.
  • Support the coordination of third party vendor rentals and repairs for individual job projects.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of ancillary services on projects.
  • Maintain a log with phone calls, discussions, requests, events, etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills; ability to build relationships
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under time constraints
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid team working abilities
  • Sound work ethics and flexibility
  • Strong decision making and analytical thinking ability
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise proprietary software
  • Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to customers and resolve issues
  • Strong organizational skills in
  • a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; computer acumen
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Prior crew coordination experience preferred
  • 2 or more years administration experience
  • Prior scheduling experience preferred
